HOW TO ORDER

Email your order to Bill@thetrophyputter.com with the following information:

(1) Customer name and address
(2) Ship to name and address (if different than above)
*add any special shipping instructions
(3) Order Quantity
(4) Putter Design. See Standard Designs.
(5) Right Text (if different than standard design)
(6) Left Text (if different than standard design)
(7) Pantone Ink Colors (if different from standard design)
(8) Putter Head (Gold/White, Chrome/White, or Chrome/Black)

(9) Grip (Black or White)

(10) Add any special instructions
(11) Include attachments in pdf, .eps, .ai, or .cdr format for logos or artwork to be included in customized design.

PROOFS

A proof of a customized design will be sent for approval within a few days.

PAYMENT

Price is $129 per putter. Discounts available for quantities over 6. Customers will be notified of the shipping charges of USPS 2-3 day priority.
Total payment is made through PayPal or Venmo.

EXPECTED DELIVERY

Orders can be expected to be delivered 2-3 weeks from date of order subject to unusual delays with design approvals or USPS.
If a customer needs their order sooner, please advise and we can usually meet the request.
